Maybe somewhere 5 to 8% only but when oil price low, their revenue drop but their profit margin can go as high as 15%. The question is do you want to see high revenue or high-profit margin?

IRR for repsol acquisition is about 3 yrs based on the USD 60 for FY21 and if not mistaken $55+ for FY22. With oil price at >$75, I think IRR is 1.5 years? Meaning, worst case scenario, by end of next year, they can pay off all.

It's just likes buying into a 99 yrs old leasehold hse which left only 15 yrs on it. Due to rental so good, within a year or 2, pay off ady and you get to reap the next 13 yrs rental. Ini macam punya acquisition also i want.
