Calvin, cant make comparison with unprecedented or unpredictable events such as Covid or acquisition. IBs can only manipulate based on their algorithm and identifiers. Imagine if suddenly a big MNC want to acquire TSH for 2.80, no matter how, Kenanga also would lose out as they wont have sufficient funds to suppress TSH if it goes against the whole market. Now they are in full control since the market isnt against them and no big fund want to enter TSH and keep buying. Dont forget EPF also happily selling behind scene.

You cant beat the operator especially the warrants operators. And which warrant expiring on 13th June? No other than the big tai kor of warrant in Malaysia - Kenanga. You would never beat Kenanga in warrants. Let me repeat again. NEVER!

You would see the artificial push down would end when it reaches below 1.28 by this week and would maintain range bound for the next 1 week. Then, it would signal to you that the sales is over by 10th June.

One key reason is no big fund coming into TSH or Bursa. Malaysia market is small and only being played as zero sum game by the retailers and local funds.

I would suggest that you sell off your call warrants and let the IB has some good sleep and wont worry bout paying you 400% of your holding of 50 millions. That would be 200 millions to them.

Just you having positions in call warrants doesnt mean many are having too. Maybe your call warrants position is around 50 millions. No wonder the IB wanna suppress the mother shares by just spending few millions.

Those were fake volumes. The IB is selling and buying themselves. You can see the Q missing during lunch time and after 445PM. Just go and take a look later and you would get what I m saying.

IB wont make money from their call warrants if nobody buy them at the first place. Just see the volumes of the transaction, it was so low.

TSH is like Supermax back in March 2020. When all other gloves prices were uptrend, Supermax was the only sore fella down from 1.80 to 1.30. next in April, Supermax caught up with the rest like crazy black horse given booster steroid.

You are only looking at the figures for superb years. Prior to Covid, Esceramic PAT was so erratic that there were years it cant even generate 1 mil PAT. Check out 2018 and 2019 PAT. Post Covid 19, Esceramic PAT would mostly ranging around 10 mil. With this 5.5 mil, it would ramp up the PAT to around 15 mil.

The diversification is a bad investment. ESCERAMIC is a company with 160Million Market Cap generating rough 40Million PAT annually.
Now they spend 50% of Market Cap to buy a company that only generating 5.5 Million PAT annually.

No point if Anzo cant come out with anything come Oct/Nov. Already been 2.5 years since the ruling of paragraph/rule 8.03a been triggered in FE 2019.

I wonder why Anzo did not publish the reply to Bursa? Are they planning some strategic corporate plan which can't be published now or they are giving lousy and generic responses to Bursa?
