MIDF Amanah Investment Bank Bhd wrote in a note today the research firm revised its call on AirAsia shares to "neutral" from "buy" following the share placement announcement.
The revised recommendation came with an unchanged target price of RM1.94 for AirAsia shares.
MIDF said the revision took into account factors including the potential 15.3% earnings per share dilution following the share placement, which will raise Tune Life's stake in AirAsia to 32.4% from 18.9%.

This is more important to consider, We are not here to be the majority shareholder to be in the board of directors, this is about making money, solid and absolutely. This is how much money I personally make, I don't really care how much more Tony made by this private placement, Don't let the jealousy and greed take you to the wrong way.
