PA 10:1 option.. SGB gets no money


It is brilliant... adding on the 1PA + 0.54 option to get some money... actually huge sum of money.... RM 281,880,000 (0.54 × 522,000,000)... potentially.. for SGB


But... if there is no prospect for SGB... a lousy company... also.. it is not gonna get 1 sen from anybody ... so hopefully.. the directors when coming up with this additional option to get money... must have in the pipeline some big future plans for SGB... to make people happy... and put in money

Read somewhere... originally the +0.54 option for PA was not there... instead was introduced later only.... when the directors realised SGB would not get even 1 sen under the 10 PA to 1 mom option


Now at 0.60... it is back to square one


The SGB PA is crossing the line.... the line separating it... from being an asset.. to being a liability.. to SGB
