On the other hand, if the Chinese says, I do all the work and you do nothing, so I only give you 5% of the construction profit. Then Jaks may be at a big disadvantage as the Chinese get 95% during construction, and the money is paid by the JV, which 30% belongs to Jaks.

So... JAKS works on EPC... will get payments and profits immediately
