This talk of rising inflation is very premature n misleading. In America as long as oil price is low inflation stable. President Trump populist n claimed he jack up the market n so he can lower inflation, he has all the weapons in hand. Also as long as his appointed Fed Chief Podwell maintain 2 to 3 hike in interest, us dollar will stay reasonably high n oil price will be stable at 70 usd. Production of shale gas can lower oil price even without Saudi or Russia help. That is why dow jones crash is long overdue correction n has nothing to do with recession etc. The economic is too good n wages in January rise ( funny previously complained not rise) As long as companies profit reported good, a higher dow jones index is justified. That is why Fed Chief try to calm the market by saying inflation is still low. I wont be surprise only 2 rate hike if oil stay at 60. Lets wait to see tonight. Over the next two weeks if gradually dow jones come down to 23,000 points, it will be good for Asean stock markets.

I believe dow jones will close 400 points lower tonight. Calm will prevail then. Then aa will up again.

The crunch time in usa to ease investors mind is on the 8th of Feb if congress can raise the debt ceiling by then. If not selling will intensify tonite n tomorrow. The euphoria of cutting taxes had subsided n back to reality debt in america will rise. Lowering taxes raised debt level.

The fear of interest rise is overdone. It is only in USA. If oil price low inflation in usa will be low.
