revenue decrease due to completion of the IT project from system integration

On behalf of the Board of Directors of JAG (“Board”), TA Securities Holdings Berhad (“TA
Securities”) wishes to announce that the Company proposes to undertake the following:
(i) proposed bonus issue of up to 123,364,158 new ordinary shares in JAG (“JAG Shares” or
“Shares”) (“Bonus Shares”) on the basis of 1 Bonus Share for every 13 existing JAG Shares
held on an entitlement date to be determined and announced later (“Entitlement Date”)
(“Proposed Bonus Issue of Shares”); and
(ii) proposed free warrants issue of up to 246,728,316 warrants (“Warrants 2017/2020”) on the
basis of 2 Warrants 2017/2020 for every 13 existing JAG Shares held on the same Entitlement
Date as the Proposed Bonus Issue of Shares (“Proposed Free Warrants Issue”).

Tristar Union Sdn Bhd (“TUSB”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of SKH, had on 18 November
2016 entered into an agreement with MMAG Digital Sdn Bhd, whereby TUSB is appointed as
the contractor for the construction of a new 1 storey warehouse (“Warehouse”) with 2 storey
office (“Office”) on a piece of land located at No. 3 Jalan TP2, Taman Perindustrian UEP,
Subang Jaya, 47620 Subang Jaya, Selangor (“Warehouse Construction Agreement”). The
construction period for the Warehouse and Office is expected to be 1 year with an estimated
construction cost of RM14.8 million. The said construction is expected to commence in August
2017
