Sumatec is not SPAC but this consider as purchase of QA... so to issue new share is normal.

Guys... if you compare MAS RPT with Brahim. Brahim revenue is 70% from MAS

Personal opinion, if they manage to made RM4mil profit in 1st quarter, the subsequent quarter is just peanut

If you follow Sumatec news all the while, you will know, they are on the track... on Press release, they say 1well on January and 3 rework well on June.

If not mistaken, the company promise RM69mil profit in YE2014... so lets see if they really achieve it.

The drama line is always the same...just this time,bankruptcy came from PM mouth....remember final quarter of 2013?biggest loss and on friday...rumours start again on selling mas n privatisation and mass shoot from 210 to 230 or somethinf..too bad MH370 happen on sat that made mas crash on following monday. Question now is,when will the drama start hahaha...

3. Trade & other receivable (long + short) = RM2.5bil

But of cos...MAS had several debt also
1. Trade n other payable = RM2.6bil
2. Borrowing - short term rm1.5bil
4. Sukuk - rm1.5bil
3. Borrowing - long term rm10.3bil

Not this fast la....maybe another 6month to go for bankruptcy hahaha....
