If you sitting in air-cond room and think that the net profit from construction and PD will be "certain" and there is no uncertainties, then you are the biggest fool. I will not buy any construction share mainly because of the leakage in related party transaction, you sub i sub, sub to who you also cannot track. Open tender, most of the time is a joke.
