Bank unable to give the same rate like Cash Upfront becoz they need to take the risk if customer couldn't pay the money.

Cash Upfront is mean if u have RM100k in ur account but u only able to trade below the amount.
But T+# offer was difference, you can trade at least double from ur cash. Looks more interesting right? But as my opinion, better trade in cash.

If this case, U need to pay additional RM823.62.

T+10 also no use, brokerage charges eat u gao gao.
Playing cash better lar, brokerage charges only 0.05% // Min RM8. (Previous charges is 0.035% @ RM6).
