its good when major shareholders or directors did not dispose their shares...especially when they are holding quite number of shares..can u imagine if they dump the shares? the price sure go lokang punya...

i'm curious too... last year when the share prices spike to 0.70 - 0.80, the directors only disposed 700,000 shares.... since last week when the price dropped to the lowest 0.16, there's no panic selling especially from the directors...some1 collecting a lot at 0.17..

if the deal is materialised lah... i calculated based on above posting by momo, this deal is satisfied via new GBGAQRS shares.

40,000 x 0.60 = 24,000 (new shares of GBGAQRS) thus, 24,000 x RM1.13 (share price of GBGAQRS) = RM27,120.

Cost 40,000 x 0.48 = RM19,200
so profit, RM27,120 - RM19,200 = RM7,920
