(Kuala Lumpur, 3rd News) NEXGRAM (NEXGRAM, 0096, GEM) of its industrial development arm NEXGRAM Land Sdn Bhd, is expected to be through an integrated industrial projects Cyberjaya and Putrajaya, passes him 200 million net profit of 93 million ringgit.
NEXGRAM Landmark Zheng Boyi chief executive, said in a statement that two industries plan to strengthen NEXGRAM Landmark's future earnings visibility, but also to flaunt the company diversified industrial business milestones.
MyAngkasa Bina Sdn Bhd is respectively 1.1 billion ringgit and 400 million ringgit, acquisitions Cyberjaya and Putrajaya integrated industrial projects.
NEXGRAM will build advanced SOVO home offices, shops, hotels and office buildings in Cyberjaya; while Putrajaya industrial plan, it is affiliated with the Top Valley real estate, construction of three residential units.
The company pointed out that the two industrial development project will commence in the year.
