<< yes. but it depends how well the covid related sales and GAP sector can improve the drop in EMS. GAP (If u look at Krono), i wouldnt say it would boost up profit by a huge proportion.

Please, jibbie. Malaysia glove industry contributes to more than 30% of the country's GDP. Among all glove manufacturers, Topglove has the capacity to supply these countries in need of gloves (NHS included). Most orders have been locked in till June 21 and capacity has been MAXED out. Hence, there is no room and space for further orders at least until next year. UNLESS,theres further expansion.

Unlike face masks, which can be done in a shoplot and with a small CAPEX needed to be spent of approx RM 1mil, u cant just start producing gloves within a few months. You'll need at two years to build the manufacturing plant and by then, the upside demand from gloves will be over.

Please, please. Don't spread false information on these kind of forums as there're retail investors who will take all your information as facts. Cmon guys..

My view on TOPGLOVE ......... Ignoring everything. Have a look at this.....
Current qtr earnings show 348m.
Next 3 qtrs.. assuming a prudent increase to 500m in qtr 2 and no growth in qtr 3 and 4.
My total 4 qtr earnings will be.... 348m+500m+500m+500m. That will sum up to 1.85 bil.
Current shareholdings as at 2.65 bil..
1.85 bil/2.65 bill will give us an EPS of 0.70 sen.

Assuming Glove counter industry PE is 30-35x

We will have two scenario.... 0.70 X 30 = RM 21. 0.70 X 35 = RM 24.5

RMB.... all these are considering a prudent earnings of 500m. (MEANING NO GROWTH AT ALL FOR QTR 3 N 4)....

Buy at your own risk after doing your own due dilligence.
