@alexsee under current conditions make sense for dividend to have reduced. even if they only pay 4cents dividend, thats around 4.3%. with all the interest cuts, the yield is not bad. at the same time there is some room for capital growth.

defensive stock, given price and dividend payouts, it'd still be better then FD rates.

I suppose once they have stabilize cash flows from both north Sabah and annsuria cluster. they can finance the Australia deal. if oil is still on uptrend.. and I hope this would be the last private placement for the next few years at least..

If 80% margin of finance for deal- Private placement next tranche of buying will be at Rm 0.75
If 90% margin of finance for deal- Private placement next tranche of buying will be at Rm .98
if 100% margin of finance for this deal- Private placement next tranche of buying will be at Rm 1.22
