Rights share cost 0.005, conversion to mother share add 0.10. Cost of mother share + 2 free warrants =0.105. So if we know the exercise price of warrant we can estimate that the warrant will be trading at 50% premium, approximately 0.10 (exercise price)+ 0.015 per warrant. 2 free warrant = 0.030.
