ok la i know some people just lazy to do the work, just so happen i am curious myself so i calculate it.

in April so far, directors sold 13.5 millions, while shareholders like EPF or KWP nett bought 30.1 millions

30.1-13.5=still nett bought 16.63millions

later i free i go check March's number.

and don't forget that Inari total shares is 1983 millions, and in April all directors sold 13.5millions share, (13.5/1983)*100=0.68%

beside just see the directors selling, you guys should also see who is buying, in this page, go to 'Disclosure' tab, click 'Shareholders'

you can see 'directors' tab and count how much being sold, and go 'shareholders' tab count how much being bought. take out calculator and press the numbers.

overall the quarter is fine, it shows lower profit due to this:

*The segment results for ‘Other Services’ in the current quarter ended 30 September 2016 showed a loss before tax of RM1.75 million as compared to a profit before tax of RM0.55 in the corresponding period last year due mainly to:
(a) non-allocated costs and overheads mainly from Komtar, Penang of RM1.70 million; and

The Land Disposals is part of EG on-going restructuring exercises to dispose non-core assets in order to focus the resources on its core Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) business. The Land Disposals would also enable EG to strengthen its balance sheet and improve its gearing.

The gross proceeds of RM8.5 million arising from the Land Disposals would be utilised by EG

they sell non core asset to take the gain and pay back borrowings, save interests, and lower the company's gearing.
