for warrant conversion, if you thinking to buy warrant and convert to earn the difference, you have to consider the processing time to convert,it takes 3-5 working days to complete the process. and no one know what will happen in that 3-5 working days.

as voonyoke pointed out, warrant no dividend take also.

and if you follow inari long enough, you will notice the warrant most of the time is 3 to 4 cents away from the mother, looks to me it is controlled, but i have no proof on that.

Ukraine unrest may affect market, but again as i said. Inari doesnt have foreign investors, no big institution holding. so there is no reason to panic for inari.

as i said earlier, Inari management will do their best to improve the profit margin of Ametron's delicious revenue. they can improve this much in a single quarter, i believe given more time, the profit margin of Ametron will increase even more.

Inari have no foreign share holder, no big institution, taper happen? investor go back US? all these no effect on inari which is in ACE market. inari only have local investor.

market red? people still queue to buy apple or samsung. only worry about those big fund when inari moved to mainboard, and with big fund holding inari. for now? just wait good timing and BUY!!

actually the report is expected to be out on 20th Feb, and main board news 'should' be out before that.

ideally, Inari want to move to mainboard before Q2 2014 report out.

that would push the price even higher. :)

USD strengthen will be great for inari.

whenever market red, slts come out, market green, slts hide. LOL.

on august 19 2013, inari reach a high of day 0.90, but then fall to day low at 0.70 on august 28

20 cent gap, due to whatever reason, panic sell, adjustment or whatever.

jan 20th, inari reach 1.75 high of day, then jan 28, inari reach low of day at 1.55, 20 cent gap, due to world wide market sell off.

but..why the panic? inari report out in less than a month time, inari is not zhulian, zhulian price drop kao kao because the earning drop. when the report out inari will at least goes back to 1.75 high if not higher, catalyst would be earning report, the main board news, and the EPF (EPF visited inari site last week)

i would say this is a good time to buy for those who exited earlier.

today close 1.63, above 1.60 :) so uptrend should continue :)
same goes to warrant, close 1.20 today.

today should be able to stay above 1.60 and 1.20

when inari 1st shoot passed rm1, i sold mine at 1.04 and thinking, whatever goes up, will come down. but inari went on and reach 1.20, then 1.30, then stayed there...the lowest inari had dropped was back to 1.2x for a short period of time before hovering at 1.3x...

if you have faith in this stock, just hold. if you want sell, sell when it starts hovering at same price range.

it will only drop when got bad news on market, maybe when US starts taper .
