Yes, based on the disclosures, Datuk Tiah has been accumulating the stock for the last 7 months. I will be keeping a close eye on this stock. Jump in if start moving upwards again. For now on the sidelines until got direction.

I have disposed my shares. My biggest concern was why the directors/substantial share holders were disposing of their shares recently. If they got no confidence in the near term stock rise, why should I.

I don't understand why this stock is not moving upwards. The NTA is RM2.35 per share. Just announced a Gross Dividend of 5%. Giving a gross dividend yield of 3.8% with an ex-date of 10th July. Better than putting money in the bank. Got healthy on-going projects and good medium/long term revenue stream coming in. Can someone please enlighten me. Tq.

Eversendai expects RM600m from O&G, petrochem business over 2
years. We have revised the fair value upwards from RM0.98 to
RM1.55 due to an upwards revision in earnings. However, we
maintain our HOLD call on Eversendai by pegging its EPS13f at 24 sen to its 3 years P/E average multiple of 6.42x.

I went into this stock for the Dividend. They announced a RM0.10 gross dividend which gives a yield of 4.2%. Better than any FD as keeping funds there for a few weeks can give very good returns. Better than putting the money in the bank.

Concerned about Johor's higher property tax rates for foreigners. If too high, could scare away the Singaporeans. Time to take profit and keep on the side-lines till the news get dijected.

Where this will go? Profit drop by 17% compared to a year ago but the NTA is at RM1.71 which indicates stock under-valued. Gross dividend yield is about 3% at RM0.60 per share. Time will tell.

I am not saying the share won't go up. For now, it will maintain at this level. I am out, put money in other stocks where got more upward momentum. Once the dust settles, than can come back in. For now, I am out.

Major shareholder selling shares thru GL Sdn Bhd, they seem to think current level is a 'good price' and towards the higher end for the current term. If they don't have confident to keep for higher level, why should we? I am out.

Privatisation or take-over?

Completely agree. They need to go back to expansion mode and diversify into other commodity or into processing. In the medium term, their trees are reaching end-of life and would soon need to be replanted. This will cause a drop in revenue until the new tree matures, the dividend yields during this time will also be effected.

They need to demerge this company into 2. Properties & finance. Than can unlock the value of the property division. If not we need to get a new board of directors who are able to get this done.
