The opposite can happen too. Independent Directors reject the offer, TY counter with higher offer. I think it is a planned game. Make low offer, than up a bit everyone happy and agree.

I believe the share price headed down because of the pro-longed trade war that has effected PANTECH. Initially everyone thought trade war was going to end and share price started to go up. Yesterday Trump said tariff will continue until China implement all the agreements made. So share price back down. Might go back down below 0.50.

This month alone almost 600,000 shares issued under ESOS + distribution of treasury shares. Earning per share will be diluted & make the PE ratio to go up.

So many people sold their shares today. Even lower than offer price, why they cannot keep for a while longer and sell at 1.10? Like this TY offer is very good. Many people think 0.99~1.03 is already good. So 1.10 must be great!

Results were horrible. Quarter 4 suppose to be best quarter. EPS for Q4 18, comparing with prior year Q4, is the worst since company got listed. Keep issuing shares, esos etc, only make minority shareholder poorer.

After many years in PN17 with no new core business in sight. Only now privatise. Maybe TY take MAA private first, than later re-list and make millions more with a new core business. Minority shareholders always get screwed!!

ASENG, Why sell at 1.8x? I estimate worth R3.20 based on dividend yield and forward looking P/E.. Even if discount 10% from RM3.20, still worth RM2.88. Only sell at 2.8x.

My company has stopped using PosLaju for our ecommerce division. Too many complains/shipment not received etc. For major cities, we have moved to other courier with better service. PosLaju need to have better customer service training for their employees. Ecommerce biz growing, but POS won't see any benefits. Only to places where others don't have good coverage.

Hope this year also can get RM0.16 in dividends. Better than put money in the bank. If this results every quarter, price can go RM3.20. Need to watch USD exchange rate with MYR and continued ban on log exports.
