oh did I say I was unhappy/worried? It's your money and you have all the rights how you want to spend it. I was expecting that you wanted to make profit out of it, and it appears that your analysis is flawed, so you could be losing money out of it. I just gave a mild comment since you said others are bashing you.

As you said, not yet declare dividend, so you're wrong to say I'm wrong. A subsidiary cannot be worth more than the market capital of a counter.

Max for WSIA is 3 months. I read that on thestar yesterday.

Honestly if the dividend is worth $2, the stock would be trading at a price beyond $2. Don't forget, there is always a premium in the share price because you're investing for a return.

I really hope you did not dump in $1m on this counter, unless you're really loaded.

derrick : It applies to all warrants since years ago. Check all your warrants - there is a conversion price. For Call Warrants, I noticed that most requires more than 1 CW + Exercise price. If you check on top of the page, there's an exercise price of $4.72 for this one.

It's hard to say if you bought the right/wrong warrant. It expires in Dec 2023 (on top of this page), so you'll have another 9.5 years to see if the mother share shoots up. If BIMB doubles by then, you warrants could quintuple (5x) or more, so you got the right warrant. If BIMB does not go beyond $5.45 then yeah you got a bad warrant.

Good luck

There is a price to convert the warrant to mother share. On top of my head, it's around $4.70. If you add the price of the warrant, it'll be $5.40. The mother share is only trading at around $4.10, so there is a premium of $1.30. The warrant might not go up as much as you hope.

Should the mother share goes up to $6.00, approx 50%, the warrant could go up by 100%

angelina2, have you ever wondered why the share price has not increased since the deal was announced? I'm sure there are a lot of experts out there who knows the calculation and push the price upto a fair value, but this did not happen.

I observed that someone has been buying alot at around 1.87 today.

Sold mine at a small profit a couple of weeks back because I got in at a high price in Jan and took a ride down to 1.56. Don't think I want another ride. Am surprised that it's not going up further though. Perhaps it's a complex deal?

should stay at 0.05-0.055 or at most 0.055-0.06. 2.9m profit is too low to make a significant price change in my opinion
