@beautyseeker But looking at the current position , the share seems like going to drop to 40 sen level soon. Heavily selling despite there is a strong effort buyers.

A lot of uncertainty , 3 weeks ago it drop at 30 sen level.
Possible it may go down one more round before any technical rebound.

Stay hold current stocks.

And buy more later at lower price.

bobvic96 It is strange Karim has not bought shares. When he bought 10m shares the price jumped up the next day.

If the shares are such a bargain why hasn't he bought 100m? Imagine what that would do to the share price. This should forestall any further margin calls on his holdings.

This would only be resolved after US has secured a strategic supply in Gloves. Either through strategic contract, JV, Acquisition by US companies on gloves manufacturers or newly setup gloves manufacturing in US soil.

Until economy reopens, this stock will not perform. Sentiment is so bad now...

Besides waiting for the audit or reviewer outcomes from EY, only some big announcement of project or contract that might help to boost back the price.

SD new team should know this already

KPMG will not settle out of Court even if EY give clear call and new auditors sign the accounts. By doung so, this will mean KPMG does not know what they were doing. However, the Court might say since the accounts has been signed, the case has become academic and encourage parties to settle

The FBM KLCI might open lower today after stock markets dropped on Thursday on rising concerns about prospects for the global economy, following days of sharp moves in government bonds that hinted at slower growth and inflation than previously expected. Equities fell first in Asia before the negative mood spread into Europe and then to Wall Street — a move analysts blamed on expectations that US economic growth is about to peak at the same time as signs emerge of a slowdown in China. The US S&P 500 index closed lower by 0.9%, while the technologyfocused Nasdaq Composite slipped 0.7%. Both indices had set records in recent days. In Europe, the continent-wide Stoxx Europe 600 lost 2%.

Back home, the FBM KLCI closed 1.4% or 21.44 points lower at 1,508.71, marking a one-year low for the headline index. Markets in China were also down as well. Hong Kong's Hang Seng finished 2.89% or 807.49 points lower at 27,153.13, while the Shanghai Composite was 0.79% or 28.21 points lower at 3,525.5. The Nikkei 225 in Japan closed 0.88% or 248.92 points lower at 28,118.03.

SHAH ALAM, July 7 — The operations of all 28 factories owned by glove maker Top Glove around Meru, Klang have been closed following the implementation of the enhanced movement control order (EMCO) which is in force in the Klang district.

Klang District Disaster Management Committee chairman Mohd Zainal Mohd Nor said following public complaints on social media claiming that the factories violated the EMCO’s standard operating procedures (SOP), his team together with the North Klang police, Klang Municipal Council and Klang district health office carried out inspections and SOP-compliance operations at the Top Glove factories in Jalan Teratai and Jalan Dahlia, Meru on Monday.

He said during the inspections, it was found that there was some confusion over the operating permission issued by the International Trade and Industry Ministry (Miti) to Top Glove.

“The operating permission by Miti cannot be applied to areas that have been gazetted as EMCO areas,” he said in a statement, today.

In this regard, he said eight of the 28 factories owned by Top Glove in the Meru area had been ordered to close while the rest were closed voluntarily by the company following discussions.

Mohd Zainal explained that the closure of seven of the eight factories was made in accordance with the provisions of Section 18 (1) (f) of the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases Act 1988 (Act 342) for operating in the category of non-essential services during the EMCO period.

Another factory was closed for not having a valid business licence under the provisions of the Trade, Business and Industrial Licensing Bylaw (MPK) 2007, he said.

Mohd Zainal added that a total of three compounds, amounting to RM30,000 under Act 342, were also issued during the operation due to the employer’s failure to ensure that employees complied with the National Security Council’s SOPs in force. — Bernama

KUALA LUMPUR (July 5): Serba Dinamik Holdings Bhd’s share price opened up more than 6% in Bursa Malaysia morning trade today after the engineering solution provider said last Friday (July 2) it had formally appointed Ernst & Young Consulting Sdn Bhd (EY) as the special independent reviewer to assist Serba Dinamik in undertaking the special independent review of the company’s financials in a widely-watched corporate dispute involving the company’s statutory audit matters.

At 9am today, Serba Dinamik opened 2.5 sen or 6.49% higher at 41 sen.
