I have glance through FY2023 Annual Report, specifically Note 24(a), it's noted that the total balance of units granted under the 'ESOS 2021' amounts to 225 million units. From the information I gathered, 20% of these units, totaling 45 million, are eligible for exercise since January 2024. The remaining 80% are subject to a moratorium and will be released evenly over the next four years.

I'm curious to know if this aligns with the information provided by your Sifu. Your insights on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Alot of YTLP promoters must be wondering why so many ctrs moving and YTLP still not moving right. The answer is very simple lah. Pasal ada bad news lah. If ada good news sudah pecah bumbung lah. Hi, currently most of the income of YTLPOWER is derived from overseas. Any tax expert can advise if the income tax on foreign source income is subject for YTLPOWER’s income that derive from overseas ? If so, if this tax provision already made in the book ?

EPF keeps selling could this because majority assets of YTLPower are not in Malaysia, and taxes are not paid in Malaysia rather than pessimistic about the prospect, valuation or profitability of YTLPower ?
