KYY Share Selection Golden Rule: Nestle does not comply with my share selection golden rule which is the company must report increasing profit for 2 consecutive quarters and it should be selling at P/E below 10./

I read the key points numerous times. Meaning the company has got profits (increasing, additional)for 2 consecutive quarters and the P/E ratio is below 10. Dayang is inside the List.

The argument is when the investment will only became break-even after more than 10 years (in the case of Nestle as an example) then the investment is not a better choice. Anticipating that the company will enjoy profit for another quarter (the 3rd one) after 2 consecutive quarters will serve to motivate the investor(s) to be more determined to select a certain public listed company as the candidate.

Very easy to remember and it is simply very reasonable for the investors to impose these qualities on those companies.

There shouldn't have a prerequisite that you must have the knowledge of making the products/services of the company before you wanted to buy its shares. To justify this, Mr Warren Buffett did not have to know how to make Coke when he invested in the Coca-Cola Company. He merely believed that the product will be expanded to many consumers in many places. Because the company is already up and running when you are buying its shares and not about to start with a piece of empty land. Morever, the ruling that a public listed must have the records of profit for numerous years consecutively was complied. Irrespective of the type or nature of business you can invested.

In short, if Dayang is involved in the Oil & Gas business, it does not mean an accountant or a carpenter can not aim to have the investment in this company while deliberating with others about the potential and the returns. In fact, all they need to understand is when & why this Oil & Gas/Energy company will receive more profit will be suffice.

On the other side, certain person will not want to get involved in another's business other than what brings high profit.The reason is that the bank was established years ago with limited resources and now gaining huge extraordinary profit. Very lucrative. Nobody can move this banker's choice of investment and he will continue to lend more to more borrowers. To the banker, the cultivation on your land has limitation if you are engaged in plantation business. But the same banker has the idea that if he can lend to one thousand borrowers from one building, he also can lend to ten thousand borrowers using the same building. In short, a doctor may buy shares in a public listed company but not a founder of a bank.

The opposite is, even the founders have enlarged the shares issued and caused the number of the shares circulating in the open market being over-supplied.

If I have read those books correctly, even Mr Warren's company (Berkshire Hathaway) seldom pay dividend but reinvested the earnings further in order to create higher value for the existing shares (ordinary shares) which eventually making the shareholders richer.

So, the better choice is that each company should not issue too many shares (in Billions) but start to buy back the shares from the open market already whenever there were funds made available from their profits. Even during the IPO for companies, rightly the issued shares should not be running into billions and the worse thing is the shares are priced at RM0.10 each.

Lesser shares being issued is good for the founder because he/she can corner/control more precisely the open market price of his/her company to best value, provided the claims can be supported with facts and figures inside the QRs/ARs.

Dayang was RM1.40 during early 2016 and ending 2015. It was at RM2.00 during the third quarter of 2015 and the first quarter of 2013. It has achived to the the level of RM3.80 many time during the year of 2014. The lowest price was at below RM0.60 during early 2019.

Several gemstones hunters/jade hunters located/found this piece of stone (Dayang). The jadeite was inside the stone after having being cut/ opened. One of the jade hunters is Mr KYY.

Last Friday's morning, one guy said he/she bought at 0.995 with all the balances available. Same day closed 1.18, today as high as 1.40, 40% profit over the few days. Handsomely rewarded, just believe the figures in the Reports..

Like in a monopoly biz, unless it is under price controlled environment, if businesmen have cornered the market, it is a profitable transaction. Buyers was outstanding with 1.2M units, sellers were asking for 1.19 and tomorrow unlikely got discount..

Norwegian sovereign funds 1Tri USD buying into counters in the Dow Jones, >60% in the equity markets. Now exceeded 26,000 points, likely US market will go up further.. They said with such huge accumulated sovereign funds, remarkable, the people in Norway can live without have to work..the funds can feed the citizens.

When you deep down believed it could not be done, your ability to do it is totally suppressed. God created us as spiritual being with body, and not physical being with soul tugged in somewhere there. If you don't believe in making money honorably and it is worth the effort then we will fail.

Too many people plagued, drugged themselves (inhibit them fatally) with the idea that making money is immoral. They rather want to say "I am poor but virtuous". Because who wants to do something immoral?

By just believing, it is the key to open God's blessing that shall be bestowed on you.

Being very smart is a handicap and not a help in making money.

The correlation between the financially successful people and those who are struggling is the number of people you know. So, go and increase your connectivity with more people and be surrounded with more successful people.

The making of money is not as lust for the money.
In essence, money is created by God to make those transactions possible between His creations/human beings.

I read Uncle KYY's saying for a second time - "..I don't have to deal with people..". You know, human relationship can be so complex and you rather try to simplify it and minimize the unnecessary ones. No compulsion or forcing in the relationship and it has to be your own willingness.

So, the share market is so simplified type of transaction - no need to deal with the share broker if you prefer (online buy and sell), no worker (you and your computer only), buy & sell at your own pace or risk and decide your own direction (profit or loss). No other type of business can match this type of trading/investment.

But we need to make some preparations such as raised some capitals, knowledge & research, reading reports/Financial reports and exchanging some information with friends.

I believe that many people including Uncle KYY have come to the stage where they don't need a big department, many colleagues, many workers, many suppliers and busy doing demo about your products to the potential customers. All they need to do is to identify one or two companies (currently operated by the professionals) which are making profits or going to make profits so the profitable investment in these companies will bring tremendous joy to themselves because ultimately they have to convince themselves and others that such goal is within their reach even in their early years.

To them, being unable to collect back all the debts from others on their last day is not a problem. To forgive their debtors is a duty because God have made them borrow from no one but lending to many ( high positive net worth) and God said "you are the head but not the tail". Losing money in one counter can be restored by another counter.

Mr Warren is more older yet he still active in his business (making money) and the same can be true for us. Let's continue to learn from each other by keeping our ears and eyes open.

Towards the closing, there were more than 4 million units wanted to be sold at RM1.02 (like the shorties are coming). A moment earlier, some units were even traded at RM1.01 making the scenario became uncertain. I held on to my units further and saw the the units priced at RM1.02 were totally taken up continuously until those buyers for RM1.02 outstanding with more than 2 millions units. On the other side, there were 300K units were asking for RM1.03 already. Very rare occurrence. I hope the price will improve further tomorrow.

Is not can not go away from the "addiction" in the KLSE. Is keep our ears and eyes open, when you can have certain "junctures" then you can move on...money is not everything but is very important. May your efforts be profitable.

So, all of us need those special "juctures" so we can get the profits from the "left, right & center" one.

Only at this juncture, short span of days, you had believed it did not go below a Ringgit, you bought and still keeping, did not bothered to sell even at RM1.15, you were not ready to sell when it was RM1.25 this morning, how much you can make? Do you have to be the best talker about many counters in the KLSE and telling others how to make money in the future? I don't want.
