For example, the payment settlement time have been shorten since more people are using online payment system instead of the time taken for clearing the cheques. In the share market, the settlement period have reduced from 3 days to 2 days because of the capabilities of the technology employed by the clearing houses.

So, I am wondering if the SC will shorten the grace period given to the respective public listed companies for publishing their periodical financial reports such the QRs or ARs. With the automated accounting software available in the market that could sum up the balances with such a quick speed, there will be a good reason for those important financial reports to be published for consumption of the public without unnecessary delay.

Financial YE is 31DEC. The 1stQR dated 31Mar2019 published in May2019. The 2nd QR dated 30JUNE2019 should be published next month, latest into the 3rd week of August2019. Presume to be reporting another quarterly profit, then it will continue to appreciate the value..

Towards the last minute of yesterday's trading, the buyers offering at RM0.43 were outstanding for more than 5 million shares within a glimpse...sellers were asking for RM0.435 already.

Have we heard before the saying of "Nothing is sentimental if the price is right", i mean if some genuine investors will offer a good price, why refuse it?

But here is the problem. If you are the person who is controlling a company which have attracted some serious investors. Naturally, they will ask you "How much the price?". They told you then "It is only RM0.09 a share". So, what are you going to do before they ask you again?

Do you know what those serious/genuine investors will do before they ask you the same question?

Distinctive..got businesses in the UK, Thailand (their currency is better now), Germany..really very attractive..can attract investors to buy en bloc... the boss must get a good price if being approached.

It has the intrinsic value. BORSIG is one of the valuable items. Listing in SGX is a very much welcome but there are conditions being imposed by the Exchange. Exercise the conversion of Warrants to ordinary shares (OS) could be another way to raise funds from the holders but big sum only coming in towards the maturity date which can be months away.

So borrowing from the bank(s) can be in the plan to grow the business. The recent movement of the price of the shares have attracted much attention. It showed that there are substance in the Balance Sheet and great value to be unlocked from KNM. As at today, the surge has brought about fortune/blessing even to the major shareholders and retailers.

The bank could be willing to lend for business capital or expansion reason being this company does have the valuable tangible and intangible assets.

The recent improvement in the current market value of the company can justify the eligibility of the application for a loan from the bank. It is not just "goreng-goreng" but many investors as well as the lenders are aware of the potential of this company. So, many of us have received profits from the transactions.

We may need to look at it as if there is no takeover exercise but many "understandings" have being made the Management for mutual benefits basis and for the importance of the Company.
