Patimas Computers Bhd had lodged a police report based on the findings of an investigative audit report by UHY Advisory (KL) Sdn Bhd. UHY Advisory revealed several irregularities in Patimas' software development costs from the audit.
The audit firm added that there was a conflict of interest in software development transactions and sales and purchase transactions.
It stated several companies had connections with a Patimas director and there was no declaration on the persons involved in the transactions.
