Yes....there are Proxies at work buying the shares quietly and slowly. At the same time the same Proxies gang is loaded and queued with alot of shares for sale. This is the pattern I have been observing at BJLand.
Take note TSVT had collected 78.8% of the shares of BJLand and it will be no surprise for him to take this company to private for the simple reason that this company has extensive landbank and the current value of these lands would have been escalated in many folds....
Its a matter of time that the share will be chased up once the privatization is on....

I have loaded and reloaded of MUIB shares. In fact must thank Mr TS Wong for giving me a window chance last month to add and buy more cheap MUI shares from 0.27 sen dropped to 0.19 sen. This chance may never come again.

MUIB is on the move and time will tell how high it will go......

Read the background of the MUI Group and look at their assets are all undervalued. Take one example...Bandar Springhill - Port Dickson a vacant land purchased in 1995 for RM13.855m with 52,625,325 sq ft which cost RM2.63 per sq ft. What is the current market value per sq ft...do your checking lahhhhhh......

Getting his son to lead MUI Group is perfectly timed by KKP. The assets will be polished and revalued and reflected in the books accordingly. News said that hotels in UK are under sale in progress. Perhaps once the sales are completed special dividend will be paid out to the shareholders accordingly.

Its more true than fake news. KKP needs cash to pay his divorce settlement. So he needs to unlock the assets of MUI and therefore selling off the hotels is no surprise.

I think BJLand is sitting on Gold mine. The recent court case reveals that BJland has acquired a piece of land in Sungei Besi in 2004 from Selangor Turf Club. The land size is 244.79 acres (10,663,052 sq ft) at a cost of RM640m which is RM60 per sq ft.
The current land cost per sq ft in Sungai Besi is surely worth more than RM60/sq ft.
We assume the current market value is RM250 per sq ft, the total value of this land is RM2,665,763,000 (RM250 x 10,663,052).
No wonder TSVT is increasing his stake on this company......

Agreed intentionally suppressed the shares to collect cheap sales...TSVT has 78.8% and very sure he is going to increase his holding further and further until the shares floating in the market is limited. Any demand push of the shares will trigger the share price to shoot like ICBM.
