Actually I don't bother so much about intrinsic value. I more concern on the past and future earning growth and DY Since Mr Kccchongnz stressed so much about intrinsic value, i hope i can learn a new thing, it might be useful to tell when to exit a stock. like presbhd, i bought at 0.90 and i hold until now don't know when to exit.

I divide my investment in 2 groups. the first group is my core investment (70%), here i invest only in debt free company, double digit roe and earning.these stocks i will keep for long term ,as long as i can if the condition is still favourable . I will sell half is the price fall 15% from the height and start slowly buy back if it fall further 15% and more if te earning of the company is still good, good mean not making losses. your ptaras and kfima ,gadang, lbs, mbb, are some of my core investment Second group i invest for excitement base on the research report. sell all if the price fall 10% from the height. I follow this priciple strictly.

I also advise them to quit if lbs is still sleeping after pp. i told them my target is 2.50 by end of the year, if not i quit also,then join ock, same boat with you , even though it is 5.00 per share by because you theory 9.00 seem achievable , still got almost 200%.

Suiwah Corp Bhd’s current market capitalisation of RM120.4mil has only factored in the value of its retail business, manufacturing division, Sunshine Square property and net cash, said PublicInvest Research.

It added that investors have overlooked Suiwah’s valuable landbank as well as its newly-opened shopping mall in Bertam, Seberang Prai, which is fully tenanted.

Based on PublicInvest’s sum-of-parts (SOP) valuation, Suiwah could be worth at least RM274mil or RM4.78 per share.

Suiwah has its origins as the first neighbourhood general merchant in Air Itam, Penang in 1961. It runs its retail business under the ‘Sunshine’ brand, a household name in Penang.

Although the Sunshine brand is a household name in Penang, the retail business is a thin-margin business. PublicInvest believes Suiwah’s management is diversifying and complementing its retail business by taking pro-active steps to unlock the development potential of its valuable landbank. Going forward, property rental income is expected to diversify and improve the group’s earning base.

I sold at 2.07, >200% gain. this counter is good. but the running has stopped. correction has started. I will pick up this counter when it is below 1.80.
