Now the market cap is only 150million, next year PAT surely contributes RM20m, breakdown:

(i) ELT - 6million (Margin of 20% against RM30m revenue)
(ii) Pro-ELT - 7.5million (Margin of 15% against RM50m revenue)
(iii) CUCMS - 7million (This one please refer to latest 2q contribution)
(iv) Others - 2million (HR side historial, assuming no growth)

RM22.5 against RM150m, then you get P/E of only 7x! Do your research and tell me If I am wrong!

SHL is very different from other property developers, those that has cash can opt to build and sell, not sell and build, so their margins will obviously be much higher than the rest, in fact, i think RHB's valuation is abit conservative, if stretched it could be worth RM5.50 or more

(iii) YILAI - Potential RTO by Wah Seong's non-core O&G assets, technical looks good, just like Lay Hong yesterday, closing at 5 year high

Watch out Yilai tomorrow, if it breaks up, this is pretty in the bag already, the RTO - Wah Seong’s demerger of oil & gas assets and non O&G assets may involve an RTO exercise of Yi-Lai as Hampton Capital (a private equity fund) has taken over control of Yi-Lai Bhd via 31.12% controlling stake

I think this company needs some brokers to write a research report, if that is not happening, i guess is not easy for the company to rerate further to RM1.20
