Just for the info guys, as at 1st June 2018, the oil production is 3200 bpd. In the last Qtr, Reach make maiden Profit when production rate is 2900 bpd at Brent 70 pb.

My prediction, Sapura is 51s

Sapura is well known at international level, has spread their wings as far as Mexico to the other continent Australia. Recently , Sapura sold only 50% of their EP segment to OMV which is good rather than take the whole EP segment out of Sapura. At least the other 50% of EP is still with Sapura. Furthermore, OMV from Austria is well known in the oil and gas industry , thus providing a good platform for Sapura to work together collectively . With oil price on strong rally, Sapura will raise again

Brent rises through 83 !

Tomorrow Sapura will surely goes up because this Qtr is far better than the previous Qtr . The revenue increased by 20% and the losses are minimal. It looked like a U turn , ie the next Qtr will be a decent profit due to high oil prices and increasing CAPEX globally.

Now let's see how fast oil will climb to 100 pb!

In the meantime, oil is soooooo bullish even the poor quality Oman Oil with high sulfur content and sour heavy crude oil is selling at 90.90 pb which puzzled the oil traders lately. Then let us invest long term in Reach while it is still cheap and affordable. Reach will hit multi new highs as oil climb towards 100 pb soon.

Reach still has lots of room to move up. And it is cheap and affordable for many long term investors. Nov 4 th is the deadline for Iran sanctions. Oil will hit 100 is real.

A far improved Qtr compared to the previous one. Revenue is better and losses much lesser than 3 months ago. Looked like bottom out already especially with better Brent price now.

The latest Qtr is OK. The EC and EP segments make profit. Only the Drilling segment make small loses which is still. OK. Good to buy long since it is still good

Profit taking with small volume is normal in any stock trading. However, the long term investors will see the value of Reach in the future especially when the CPF is completed and 12000 - 20000 bpd is achieved. Coupled with good oil prices and strong global demand, Reach will move up

Brent oil price has been above 80 pb for the past 4 days. Now it is at 82.12 pb. Many analyst said oil will hit 100pb by year end. However, at this present rate, Reach will make profit with good revenue too. As long term investors, oil above 70 pb is good enough.

The main reason for supply crunch in the oil industry is for the past 4 years oil price was very low, hence capex is at its historical low. When the demand catches up, there isn't enough of oil to meet the robust demand
