This company is poised to register much better profit numbers for next few quarters because its record unbilled sales of RM800 mil as of 30/6/12 should support its profit growth in the medium term.

This co is set to experience significant profit growth in the next 6 quarters as it accelerates the launches of its various projects located in various prime and strategic areas. Long term investors will likely reap fantastic returns alongside with major shareholders who own more than 77% stake in the co. Otherwise, they are the major losers for the recent land almagamation exercise. It's quite sad that most people did not see the exercise objectively from all perspective.

More upside may be expected from this counter. This is bcoz it may have good profit numbers to be announced due to the good sales or take up rates from its Damansara Foresta and The Elements projects. The 1st quarterly result is to be announced soon in this month.

Its recent annual report revealed that the had achieved commendable sales from its various projects. Premised on what was reported, this counter may climb above RM1.00 this year if the sales achieved YTD could be translated into good profits in the next 2 quarters. Time will tell. :-)

This counter should be worth much more than RM2 or even RM3 because it has great land bank that can and will generate RM28 billion GDV sales. At a conservative profit margin of 15%, it stands to reap in excess of RM4 billion profit over time. Therefore, it should be more profitable to invest in this company than to put money in FD for a period of 2 to 5 years. This is because the company's earning will shoot up significantly if it speeds up its launches of new projects which are all in prime locations. The company is now valued at around RM750 mil only but it has projects worth RM28 bil GDV. It is obviously very much undervalued, especially if it is compared with E & O, Mah Sing or even SP Setia. :-)

As per The Edge Weekly magazine, KEURO may divest Trinity to raise funds for its West Coast Expressway project. Given this, it seems now is the time to accumulate Trinity. This may have also explained why the trading volume for Trinity has gone up again in the last few weeks. :-)

As per Bursa website, its MD is still accumulating the shares in this company. So, the share price shall at least hold at the current level, if not moving up soon in the near term. :-)

By end of this month. It is likely to be earlier. More importamtly, how often do we get to invest in a company with a RM 9 billion GDV growth story? Just imgagine, if it can generate another RM 1 bil sales in the next 15 months on top of its existing RM 650 mil sales already locked in last year, how much profit will it be able to generate?
Hence, it is a golden opportunity to be able to ride on this exciting growth story.

Hua Yang is no doubt a good counter especially for people who have started to buy earlier like. Afew months or a year ago. (I went in early too. :-))
To aim for 100% return from now, LBS is now a better choice as it has locked in more sales and has more projects in the pipeline to support and sustain its share price appreciation in the next one year if Apex's analysis and projection is correct. Time will tell.

If Apex's projected profit of RM83mil and RM120mil for 2012 & 2013 respectively turn out to be correct, this counter will be still under-appreciated and undervalued at RM2.03. :-) Time will tell

A NATO counter? Full of noices in landbanking last year but its share price is not able to move up. It is also slow in launching its projects. The management does not seem to be moving fast enough despite fast in making noices. :-(

OCBC's loan is an endorsement of saleability & viability of its Damansara Foresta condominiums. The project was soft launched last weekend and received overwhelming response. This company is poised to show good numbers in the next 3 years. So it is the start of its new phase of growth. For this company after so many years of quiet moments.

Both TA Reseach & HLIB Reseach are recommending BUY. I am already in. However, all share investors are subject to global and local market risks. But I think that its strong fundamentals and clear earning visibility give me comfort to a long term holder for its shares. It is trading a very low PE of 3 based FYE 3/12 projected earning. It is the cheapest property counter based on such low PE ratio. Please also check with other experienced analysts in the market.

Many central banks in the world are simply not doing enough to prevent banks from doing funny things to maximize their profit only. The banks forget that most of their funds for their lending business is indeed the deposit from the public. Their seed capital may measure. Up to roughly 10 to 15% of their total funds.

To minimize the acquisition, DRB may opt for a 30% stake and avoid having to make a GO. Follow SIME DARBY's style in E & O acquisition. Malaysians are smart people and boleh! Don't simply chase up Proton share price and get caught. :-)

It has no bank borrowing with substantial cash in hand. Good for medium term investment as it has undervalued landbank in Sri Damansara and it is about to launch a mega affordable condo project with GDV of RM1.5 bil thereon. It is a cheap property counter with good potential.

Mother share is supported @ 85 sen. The intrinsic value for its warrants should therefore be 30 sen since the warrants carry an exercise price of 55 sen. Opportunity?
