怡克伟士涉足新加坡 联合发展新公寓项目

（吉隆坡30日讯）怡克伟士（EKOVEST，8877，主板建筑股）宣布，与新加坡MCC Land私人有限公司（MCC LAND），及另外两家公司签署股东协议，涉足在新加坡共同开发新公寓项目。
怡克伟士今日向大马交易所报备，独资公司怡克伟士发展有限公司，今日与MCC LAND、Sky Vision Management私人有限公司（Sky Vision），及MCC Land（TMK）私人有限公司签署协议。
透过这次协议，也意味着怡克伟士首次涉足新加坡房地产市场。
根据文告，这项新开发土地面积为2万4000平方米，坐落在新加坡东部的丹那美拉码头。
当中的8880平方米，将兴建附带停车场的住宅公寓、公共设施，和在首层建立商业区。
根据协议，MCC LAND将领导整个项目，而怡克伟士发展有限公司和Sky Vision，在项目中只握有少数股权。
执行主席丹斯里林刚河指出，这项投资标识怡克伟士首次涉足新加坡，虽然公司核心业务仍在大马，但这项举措有望提高股东价值。
“新加坡作为主要城市，在全球享有盛誉，因此我们对这项综合发展项目的市场需求前景感到乐观。”

Current price of 0.52 ~ 0.525 definitely a 'Good Buy' price to enter...
Tommorrow will be the announcement of HSR project, once Ekovest/IWcity grab the project, it definitely will spike up like mad to break above 0.80 ~ RM1.00
