actually it is a very simple thing to understand. if u have invested in TH and now scraping the barrel bottom, just think how much losses for countries like venezuela. it is better for them to cut production and save the stockpile than just pump out and lose foreign currency. that said, you will realise that no oil stock will stay long at this level. when all are down, the only way is up. so, go figure whther at current prices, TH is a steal or liability

punters dont care about profitability. if not shares will not be thrashed. most care about immediate profit. with so much purchase at 0.09, there will be profit-taking at 0.11, and down again will the price go. simple as that

DOnt wait for patent cliff - basically it is happening already. When a patent ends, profits are made by the manufacturer due to lesser costs of producing medicine. What one needs to do is to check see how many drugs whose patents will end in next 12 - 18 months and that will roughly give an idea of how much company will make.

Look, private placements are to draw cash from qualified company/inst investors. If they are offered 1.23, it comes with bonus and free warrants as well. Whether or not price moves up or down after bonus ex-date will depend on market forces - and the pp holder's shares will be subject to the same. By getting pp, Fitters gets quick money (faster than rights). In same instance, it also hopes PP will hold the share for longer time. Now, if PP decides to throw the share into open market, I think it is also possible - and when this happens, depending on volume, the market forces will again adjust lower to meet the value of each share. Correct me if I am wrong.
