It is not justify for hengyuan share to drop further. The whole year EPS is RM3.0307, pe now is only 4.34. If compare to Petronm, it's pe is 7.26. Let said we give hengyuan pe 5 , tp is 15.15, whereas pe 6, tp is 18.18. It is still earning big for this financial year , so the share price should find it's support soon since it is undervalued. The price drop because quarter profit drop by 11.7% or due to market over expect it's 4th q result , should be a temporary matter. Once the investors especially the big fund realise it's value, the price will go up again which has been shown many times before.
