A. 虽然 Serbadk 昨天撤回了更换稽查师的动议，但是，之前 kpmg 提出的问题依然没有解决，他们还是需要委任第三方进行独立审查。

B. 惠誉评级机构 Fitch Rating 将 serbadk 从BB- 降至 B- 级别。

那么，在可预知的未来，事情会变得复杂：
1. 独立第三方的审核过程会比 Kpmg 更加严格，因为全世界都在盯着他看，他不可以出任何一点差错。
2. 由于 auditor 对财务存有疑问，一般上，投资基金就会卖出它们手上 Serbadk 的股票，这包括本地和外国基金，因为他们必须遵守投资指南与操守。
3. EPF 持股很多，它也不想以低价格出售，所以，它应该会与 Karim 商谈出售股票的计划。除非，audit 的问题可以顺利解决，不然，EPF 卖股应该是避免不了的。

Lastly, even if you are an investor, you should have a stop loss plan. If a good company does not have many trading activities that allows you to make profit, it is equivalent to a bad company. Look at MrDIY, not worthy mid cap can grow at least 200%.

We invest/trade to grow our capital, not to do charity to the market.

This case may similar with the last time Armada, not able to refinance the short term loan and the price will drop like water fall.
