Sale of Rm731.09 millions for 33,000 acres was mooted in year 2021 when land prices were much lower in value

Then out of Rm731.09 millions A total sum of Rm447 millions has been received and about Rm400 millions went to settle bank borrowings

Remaining Rm220 millions sale aborted due to being unable to clear off squatters occupying the lands are "other" reasons

So now the deal of remaining 13,335 acres (after about 20,000 acres have sold and cash proceeds received)

And now after 3 long years kipi Tanah Kuning Greentech Park in Bulugan Regency is progressing well land prices should have increased manifold
