It was a close shave when Tsh called of its land sale in Pt Farinda Bersaudara,Bongan, West Kutai to Klk

Now only 43.9 km to Ikn Nusantara.

In fact these lands are the most accessible lands nearest to Titik Nol Ikn Nusantara

And according to planning

Through Gusik

"These lands will have future economic potential"

After Tsh failed to sell these lands and sale aborted Klk then rushed to take over ijm plant from ijm for Rm3.10

Ijm plant does not own lands in Bongan, West Kutai but only in East Kutai and also in Bulugan Regency

So Tsh has managed to get out of land deal twice

First in Bongan
Second now in Bulugan


For whatever reasons the deals were aborted they are to the great benefit of Tsh

Tsh sale of PT Farinda Bersaudara land to Klk was aborted

very good for Tsh

Tsh also aborted it's land sale in Bongan to Klk

it was a close shave as Bongan West Kutai is now prime gold mine lands

in any case this is a big loss to the buyer as land deal price was based on year 2021

reason sale aborted was due squatters on the land refused to move ?

or Tsh does not want to sell land cheap ?

bplant buy call was 57 sen
after 24 sen dividend our holding cost only 33 sen

Ltat took Bplant private at Rm1.55

from 33 sen to Rm1.55 is up 369%

so 123% gain per year for each of 3 years

and with profits from Bplant we reinvested into Tsh

yesterday one Eagle group member said he bought a total of 500,000 Tsh shares

he held on to bplant till Rm1.55 and now he holds Tsh as tightly as he held bplant for 3 years
