Good morning,
I now in Booming Iskandar.

Last time when I bought Perak Corp at 60 cents I even called my Friend Mr Lee of P Auto from Sitiawan to buy some Perak Corp shares Because of its High NTA and 1,000 acres land in Lumut.

Mr Lee called his Ipoh Remisier and they poured cold water on him by saying that Perak Corp was useless because all young people have left for the bright city lights of KL. Only old people and young children left in Perak.

So Mr. Lee, by listening to ignorant advise, missed a Huge Fortune when Perak Corp rose from its lowest at only 40 cents to a high of almost Rm4.00.

A Surge of 1,000% in just few years.

You better not listen to naysayers and DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH DILIGENTLY.

There is a proposed New Connecting Highway from the KULAI - DESARU Highway

It will cut short travel time as it exits by Felda Sg Mas down all the way to MphbCap's Lands nearby!!

Has anyone seen the New Road?

No need datuk. Just say rental per month is around rm0.10/ft2. Armchair analysis on this counter is enough...hahaha
