1. It started with Bhic in distress and pharmaniaga falling into losses and pn17

2. Then Boustead needed restructuring and Ltat decided to take Boustead private at 85.5 sen

3. Some shareholders of Boustead migrated to Bplant as Bplant might also be a target for privatisation and true enough

4. Klk emerged to take Bplant at Rm1.55

5. However, Klk was rejected and then LTAT came out to declare it will take over Klk same offer for Bplant at Rm1.55

6. Finally things are nicely wrapping up and soon we will see an official announcement of takeover at Rm1.55 for bplant by LTAT

7. Two things yet ahead of us now

i) Will LTAT be able to take Bplant at Rm1.55 or will final price be revised higher ?

ii) After shareholders received cash for surrendering Bplant shares to Ltat which other palm oil or other shares they will put their monies into?

All that yet to come
