The plan was approved and accepted by creditors in June and strangely Bursa had to reject the plan. Why was this not rejected earlier to give time for Perisai to react.

If all the Oil and Gas sector falls, likely Bursa will run out of listed energy stock. Usually Petronas comes to rescue on these local companies, but these days the horizon looking thin than expected. All that talk about development wells and adding rig is not materializing the right time. I wonder why the plan was rejected when creditors have approved them. Any thoughts?

I don't think major shareholder will sell now, they will trigger another news for appeal, and try make the deal through. Worse case if delisted, they still hold the shares like any others, and will try rejunevate the company when Oil and Gas recovers. Still there could be slick chance for re-listing in future if company recover their mess
