It seems like EPF and KWAP are buying the pos malaysia shares in high volume since 21st July when the price was at RM5.33 (on 21st July) and RM5.29/RM5.30 (on 22nd July). So who is disposing those shares??? Outsider/non-substantial shareholder??? ...(It started when AMMB downgraded Pos to Hold from Buy on 21st July???? EPF and KWAP are buying when the price is cheap.

The Board of Directors of Pos Malaysia wishes to announce that it has recommended a final single tier dividend of 7.1 sen per ordinary share in respect of the financial year ended 31 March 2014, subject to the shareholders' approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company.

The Entitlement Date and Payment Date in respect of the proposed final single tier dividend will be determined and announced in due course.

This announcement is dated 27 June 2014.

RHB Research has maintained its Buy with Pos Malaysia with a fair value of RM6.17, it said on Friday.

RHB said Pos has reportedly joined forces with Datasonic to bid for the concession to manage the fuel subsidy rationalisation programme.
