BJcorp shares prices is highly unpredictable in the long terms because it has many possibilities to reap further growth.. due to his management team and shareholders background.... In order to retest 0.455, yes..it is possible unless it has another mass corrections like wht happening in mid of October this yr. Dun forget the possibilities of BJcorp intends to buy back more shares at 0.47 and below... Therefore, if you are really keen to have BJcorp counter in yr portfolio and be safer.. Let put possition jus below 0.47...ie 0.46 or 0.465...but if you believe BJ Corp will. be up back to 0.5...perhaps this is the good time to accumulte it.. this is my view...and share..

Bjcorp hires an "very pan lei" accountant... whc they can group those disposing of the shares...or even assets as cash flow instead of the P&L... this happens in the last qtr result... All the Cash from disposal of the BJauto shares becoming cash...and not P&L... and therefore, the shareholders of the parent company wont be able to enjoy the additional earning on those disposal...

Anyway... I still prioritise BJcorp...in my Bursa Holdings... and only park some minor capital with Salcon.... Focus is still in the HK/China Market... With the Mutual Trading Platform due to be launched.... and the evaluation remains low among the regional market.... HKEX... remains...attractive... although risks with out there as well ...kikikikikikiki

Salcon wont be appropriate for long term as well ...but...since the management has been working so hard for the turn around plan and coincident the durain runtuh from Langat 2... Salcon... i hav some...but have to wait until the full turn around plan...materialised..and recent Langat 2 treatment project kicking off in full stream... To privatise BJ Corp, Tan Sri family needs to folk up his own money..but to privatise BJ Land, BJCorp shareholders (ocz include Tan Sri himself)... is the one to come out the capital..... they can launch corporate exercise to raise more fund for it...as wht they hav been doing so far..for acquisitions.. haha...all of these i view it from business points of it...

Base on my past experience with Bjcorp, it used to goreng to sky rocket high whenever there is new likely application of sport gaming licences and etc... but this round... this wont happen... perhaps this can be due to the management under Robin will have different way in dealing with the share prices... Also, Tan Sri is retiring and practising much of BUDDISM way in doing business.... but also good... u see lack ":casualty" from 3395...perhaps, some of us may still getting the hand burn...on it... but... this is also due to our greediness...

Hope tht with the new accounting rules coming in future... we will see the true intrinsic values of BJCorp proporties values...

Many years b4...when bjcorp risen from 0.25 to 1.02... remember wht was the reason? when it reached 0.71...alamak.. GOLDMAN Bought it 13.35% shares.! hahaha... his profits have been fluctuating for many years...but its undervalued assets esp his properties and etc..has yet to gain a propor re evaluation..

1sen drop for 1000u is only RM 10 but if 1 sen drop for 100,000u is RM 1000.. no need to say if u are holding 100kk unit... depend on how much u are holdings...but the market having big correction.. the drop in 3395 consider light as comparing to some others...

u know why BJcorp could stay at 1.80 in 2010, the highest..in 5 yrs...this is because they were applied for the Sport Betting licences whc end with failures... therefore, you cannot use 1.80 for your reference. it is risky and ridiculous...
