MOL Global.. was unlucky yesterday... coincidently US Dow dropped more than 334 pts... it closed at 8.32...well below IPO prices of USD 12.50 - 33.4%...

I sold last block at 0.55.. hahaha... after considering Datuk's advice... Terima Kasih Atuk....

US runtuh yesterday... Let see BJCORP heads to the 1st pyschological level of 0.50 and below today...kikikikikiki.... Datuk's prediction is right this time...

By looking at 0.53 to 1.00...may be happened in another year...but there are many uncertainties with BJCorp...esp its ability to improve his profit attributed to share holders.. and also many negative incidences in the past with BJ Corp...especially the acquisition of Cosway, his investment of Vietnam properties and the Great Mall of Beijing... One questions... If he achieves RM 1.00..in a yr time, wht will happen next...??? If the above scenario remains the same, it will be sure its prices will be likely falling back... Therefore, if you can get a better counters rather than 3395...do avoid it!! Therefore, 3395 is jus appropriate to be short or medium term play... In HK, there are many opportunities at which you can go for it ... they have much better background, better business, better intregity management, better financial performance and etc... The best news is their PE also damned attractive...

let retest the level of 0.48/0.49..may see a good support there... mid term target remains as 0.64...

1.35 to 1.39..soon.... back to the prices a yr before...whc it was stagnant there for long tht time... it shall get strong support there... if no further "surprise" from the board of directors...

Gradma, no need to be rush to sell yr shares... hold on until end of this year... many goodies are coming... unless you can find much better opportunities like Datuk, then you sell it... i sold parents becoz i want to focus in HK market due to recent set bak by the political turmoil..

Calvin.. as per the yesterday article for share buyback.. it seems to me the BJCORP is also holding some shares in the MOL thro a JV with Tan Sri...at approx 17% stakes in the JV firms. Correct me, if i m wrong... tq v much.

it will be likely 3395 to privatise BJ Land by looking at his intention to bring TOTO close to his arm..!!! tht's why 3395 kept increase in holdings for both BJ Land and BJ toto over the years.. very very highly... By then, it may have right issue or further issue of Loan Stock to finance the possible deals.. as mentioned bf, the prices will go furher up due to potential money raising...

the august result saw the profit reduced due to high cost of sales as comparing to last yr. qtr to qtr was flat. Before the announcement of the shifting to Bursa tht time, it was at range of 052 to 056, after the announcement, it advanced gradually to highest approx. 0.8.. For better margin of safety, it shall be below 0.58... I bought in at prices of 0.58 tht time and unloaded all at 0.74. Finally, it is back close to 0.60... NOTHING WRONG WITH THE COUNTER BUT ONLY WANA TO TRAP THOSE HOPING FOR THE PRICES ADVANCEMENT DUE TO SHIFTING FROM ACE TO MAIN... but also its results remains flat...but investors looking for better gains...

haha... the best is ...it is less affected by the recent RON95 hike...

1) His operation in China is stagnant and they change the Master Licencer...(not a good sign!); 2) The kopi powder in international market is up tremendously over last year.. it will not be so easy to pass down those cost totally to the consumer and it may affect his profitablity in the coming 1 to 2 years after the locking period over ...3) The competition is getting fierce...more and more join the 3 in 1 bisners... his competitor PAPA RIch also join in...for 3 in 1... 4) Inconsistency of food quality and menu are still going... 4) Coming GST and various policies whc may affect his bottomlines.... I bought in at very low prices few yrs bf around 1.05... and i decide to throw all in a mth b4...the prices ranges from 1.95 to 2.16... good luck la to all OLD TOWN kaki... i choose to stay sideline for sometimes ... but i will still promote OLD TOWN food in my facebook and to all my chinese frens oversea...because it is Malaysia Brand.

Salcon has advantage as comparing to other 2 in the Langat 2 project. Salcon is the Langat 1 sole main contractor and it has the capability in doing the water treatment projects as comparing to others... and they can review the project and find fault on those signing the agreement esp those related government officers... but...they cannot stop or cancel the projects totally because it is an urgent water issue to Klang valley...I thk Azmin and PKR government understand this critical point.
