I agreed Soros228! I still think that we need to do some homework for successful investing. We could use the writers' postings for our basic information. No doubt there are many good write up with financial data, graphs, photos, charts etc. Many thanks to their hard works, if it is sincere for sharing for mutual benefits.

However, we still need to put in our effort to seriously analyse the company's prospect within the industry,bigger environment etc & only put in our hard earned money for investing ! Am I right ?

I am in this forum for the past 3 years. Businessman is always a businessman, trying to make money with whatever ways & sometimes it could be very ugly to protect his own interests !

I lost some money in Mudajaya counter when he promoting it strongly 2-1/2 years ago, but the price dropped sharply afterward & I only realised that somebody was selling at the other side while we are buying!

If he is sincere, don't promote the counter & afterwards let the followers fall into the trap & make huge loss. Later, he would said he already sold the counter earlier....!!!

I learned my lesson well & am still learning to be successful in the market! For those newbies, be wary & think many-many times the real intention of the writers & don't easily follow the recommendations of them.

May I know what is LTIP.

Hi ! previously I also invested a bit in Johor-Tin & sold off after this Company made a surprise quarterly loss in last year due to quality claim paid to it's customer, that made Sifu Cold Eye advising "Sell" then. I am not sure whether the Company the latest quarterly profit would be consistent or improve further due to it's export market potential that should be in USD & i wish to know whether anyone could share here about the progress of new production plant mentioned last year ?

I agreed with Matakuda that their management & staff morale could be badly affected & their performance as well due to the Indian project further delay in commencement.

For me, I had requested the latest hard copy of annual report twice but without receiving such reports. For the 1st request, I thought that there might be lost in the mail, but the second request also with no arrival!

As such, this telling me that the Company is somethings not right & I should sold the shares much earlier with lesser loss.

That is not easy to do successful trading in KLSE, there are so many factors that could affect the price movement. I am not blaming KYY & others, cause it's own decision to buy or sell but lessons well learn to be smarter & successful in the future trading.

Qwerty, Thankful of better trading knowledge from your kind sharings. You have mentioned about Unisem & it's potential. Is it base on the recovery of semiconductor industry or other factors? Thks & warmest regards.

Just my personal view, the successful investors must have faith / confidence in their investment holdings, that the counter's prices could move higher to reflect it's strong fundamentals & not easily swaying by market up & down or short term movements.

Be patience for Cresbld, hope it will shows it's true potential soon.

Cresbld's price could moves higher with the earlier hard work starting to bear fruits, with strong recurring incomes from UITM, UNITAR etc. Furthermore, the future development of mega projects near LRT sites could further propels Cresbld to greater height, although the company's gearing is a bit high at the moment !
