Factory expansion not today buy tomorrow able to start use. It require some time to setup(LMW license, bomba approval, business license, machine commencing and etc) before enter.
Dufu expand the capacity 2 times with existing either it will have new customer or HDD order increase further or over estimate the order trend.

桂嘉信托(QCAPITA,5123,产业信托)上个月宣布以7亿5000万令吉,向马资源(MRCB,1651,主板建筑股)收购吉隆坡中环(KL Sentral)旗舰办公楼Platinum Sentral和地段。

桂嘉信托将以4亿8600万令吉现金支付马资源,余款2亿6400万令吉,则以每单位1.32令吉,发行桂嘉信托新单位给马资源。

目前,这项收购活动还在进行紧密审核,排除意外,将于3或4月签署买卖协议。

行家建议

我们相信,长期内,桂嘉信托的新加坡股东———CapitaLand,目标是要将所持有的桂嘉信托股权全部脱售,退出该产托。

虽然如此,完成收购后,马资源将晋身为该产托大股东。

长期内,料带来协同作用,而且有能力将该产托带到领域另一个层次,重新吸引投资者关注。

我们也相信,未来的马资源入股后,就会把旗下投资资产注入桂嘉信托,因为这是让该公司释放资产价值最快的方式。
