rocky77, no need to wait lah. We already know the fire loss is $2.4 mil or RM10mil. The recent results announcement show that most of the furniture counters doubling their profit from previous quarter. Poh Huat made a profit of RM10.94 mil in the 4th quarter of last year. We expect they make RM22 mil before the provision of the fire loss. So, the final quarter profit could be RM12 mil after the fire loss provision. Profit for the year will be RM35mil or EPS of 33sen (before share split) or 16.5 sen after share split. Based on industry PE of 12x now, share could be trading RM1.98 by this year end. (after the final result announcement)

rocky77, warrants of RM0.47 only the theoretical value. We refer to Homeriz-WA which is trading at 28% premium. We based on conservative assumption of 20% premium, PH-W could trade at RM0.80 (I assume mother price at RM1.50 before the quotation of warrant)

Guys and Gals, don't compare with Lii Hen. PH has the warrant which is "free" whereas Lii Hen does not have. The ex price will be RM1.52 (based on cum price of RM3.30). Warrants could be traded at RM0.65 (based on 20% premium from the ex price of RM1.52 with 5 years time period). So, you still could gain RM0.13 potentially.....Stay tune.....

I am not criticizing any of you include Mr Koon and Icon8888. All have their points. Mr Koon is trying to disclose his stock picking method while Icon8888 is trying to explore the next boosting industry. And I believe many of us would like to know the later than Mr Koon's idea. Without explain further here, my personal view will be in logistics and oil&gas industry are worth to look at next year....

Lion is heavily undervalue given its high NTA of RM3.36. Company will not buy back share for no reason. An ability to buy back shre also prove the company has sufficient retained earning + cashflow. we are buying future prospect, not history. The coming Budget will help the steel industry given the pressure given by those "top gun"....stay tune

Apart from techincal view, Century is a stock that cannot be missed out. Fundamentally, its hiatorical dividend of 8 sens translate into a yiled of > 9% p.a !! Valuation wise, it is trading at below 9x at NTA of RM0.77. Without further explanation, it is perfect timing during this turnaround.
Maybe there is concern Nestle issue. However, the surge in export industry will spillover to logistics industry given a higher delivery volumn and warehousing requirement. Century is also among the biggest in the industry.

Based on price of RM3.50, and ex price of RM1.60. Warrants can be easily traded at 20% premium given its 5 years period, or RM0.72. I will not chase the warrants, but will buy the shares as much as I can before 16/10, to enjoy the FREE warrants or RM0.72 "cash dividend" ! We should chase the mother share NOW

Please don't compare Lii Hen with Poh Huat. Lii Hen merely do the split and bonus (effectively is a bonus without cashflow). However, Poh Huat do the split (effectively a bonus share) with warrants. This warrants will have positive cashflow or I normally treat it as 1 time cash dividend to shareholders, if you get the free warrants and sell to the market immediately. Poh Huat should deserve higher value.

I have to admit I did take profit a bit, as I can't stop selling. My finger just don't listen. However, I still hold a major portion. Thanks to Icon8888 !! I switch to other counter. I am looking at LION, the king of forest. It forms a similar trend with PH too. The company is buying back its shares agreesively, and its NTA stands at RM3.36. I just can't stop buying this counter at price of RM0.325 ! How low can it goes ? It is a bottom up counter similar to PH 3 years ago. (Anyway, don't follow me. This is just my thought, as I switch to Lion and regret now....)

Better don't sell now loh.If want to sell, also sell after 16/10 together with warrants. Let's move to other counter. I also take a bit of profit now...

Don't worry lah.....please wait for the dividend, and come to EGM on 1/10 to demand director to pay more dividend in the final quarter. They normally make the highest profit in the final quarter. So, we must ask for 6 sen dividend in the final quarter.

Another undervalued furniture stock that cannot be missed ! The company will declare 10 sen dividend which translate to 6.67% yield. Further, it still trades below its NTA of RM1.61 (Current price is RM1.50). It is also a net cash company, about RM15 mil cash (or 30sen per share). Prospect is good ! Start to turnaround

Practically, given its 5 year period to expiry, warrant price will normally trade > 5~10% premium against the mother share. So, warrant price should be around RM0.48 ~ RM0.51 (Again, assume the cum price of RM3.16)

My valuation is differ from Icon8888. Based on the Circular valuation (and I personally agreed the valuation method too), assume a cum price of RM3.16, and assume "fully diluted" method. The adjusted ex price will be ((2*3.16) + 1) / 5 = RM1.46. Here we assume we buy 2 lots, it will split into 4 lots, and get a free warrant. You will convert the Warrant to Shares at RM1.00. So, your total cost will be 2 lots * RM3.16 = RM6.32. And you convert warrant at ex price of RM1.00. So, your total cost will be RM7.32. (In corporate finance, we assume you will hold the share and NEVER SELL). By now, total share on hand will be 5 lots (2+2+1). So, averagely, you cost per share will be RM7.32/5 = RM1.46. Since the warrants already trade in the market, with the ex price of RM1.00, the value of warrant will be RM0.46 (again, assume using flat, and not taking into time value of money)
