sifu stkoay and other hidden talents herein, markets are keeping a cautious eye on global interest rate rise(a overriding factor that can roil markets) with the 10-yr UST rate rising from 2.45-2.53% in last couple of days, & most expect a significant rate increasse by Fed starting mid 2015, some expect earlier.
My humble view is that as long as the US growth keep pace & with Europe region doing QE, assuming geopolitical issues do not explode but sort out themselves slowly over time, the equity markets remain a very attractive place to engage our funds. Market dips therefore become a buying opportunity, finally depending on the type of stocks we pick.
Can you share your view too? Tq.

Also developing their prime land near Jln Mont Kiara. Lastly the jockey sprang into action few days ago, just piggy ride. Not surprised it can go to 70-80 cts in short period, depending on outside factors of course. Only my 2 cents si fu stkoay

3)management's intended dividend policy of 30% of earnings
4) KSL products are mainly within affordable range of

followme1955, I dare not comment on Plenitute as i do not completely understand its true value based on published figures only. But based on my good understanding of KSL, it is the best counter to invest in at this moment, even at this price level.
