My point here is "not to " cause "panic selling".

If you have the time, please study the reports on the bright prospects of CATCHA to have better ideas.

I welcome the equity participation of the Bumiputra investors, a condition has also yet to be fulfilled.

By the time after the Bumiputra equity participation has been completed, I think it will be another milestone for CATCHA to scale to the new the new heights.

As I mentioned earlier if CATCHA were an IPO stock, it would be many times over-subscribed especially this stock has been regularised except the 12. 50 % equity participation has yet to fulfilled. I don't think CATCHA would take too long for the Bumiputra equity participation to be completed based on the company 's wide social network connections.

Moreover, the company will have high growth in revenue and profitability which could be better than some of the IPO stocks.

Quite a number of the IPO stocks were offered for sale at around RM0.25 to RM0.35. Do you notice some of their spectacular performance after the listing.

Likewise, I would expect to see a strong support after the rights issues which will be listed on 31-07-2023.

Let's hope for the best have yet to come for CATCHA, the precious gem from tomorrow and beyond.

Minta ma'af . Saya yang salah. Cadangan itu merujuk kepada keadaan saham (equity condition) 12.5% untuk Bumiputra yang dapat diluluskan.

Cadangan berkenaan hal ini hendaklah di hantarkan dalam tempoh 6 bulan atau lebih awal.

I thought I should come back some other time but I have to clearify that :
1) the regularisation is approved. Very good.

2) Allocation of 12.5% to "approved" Bumiputra investors. Wonderful.

Now what CATCHA needs to do is to make a proposal to the SC as how CATHA would proceed with the matter. I think CATCHA has the abilities to handle this well.

I have said that I will hold CATCHA, the precious gem, for mid to long term.

So, its price fluctuations will not affect me in the short term.

I will treat it as if a newly listed stock as I think not many people aware of or know about its huge potentials yet.

No doubt Patrick Grove is famous. But I think many people still unaware of what CATCHA is actually doing especially after its previous name REV Asia Berhad has been changed.
