It is a commendable result that CHB made a net profit of more than RM6 million for just 3 months at 30-09-2023.

It is also heartening to note that CHB maintains a robust order book of more than RM264 million as at 29-10-2023.

In the last quarter of 30-09-2023, for a period of 3 months, CHB already made a net profit more RM6 million. Moreover, CHB has Data Center which has been planned to expand in the central and southern regions. The Data Center is a competitive advantage as companies that possess Data Centers are relatively few.
Please also remember that AI (Artificial Intelligence) technologies continues to gain widespread adoption, the requirement for data center may also grow.

The MDT's dream is over. However, there is light at the end of the tunnel.

According to the Edge report, Systech is currently under a New Management Team with Mr. Lee Choon Teng as the Executive Director who has many years of working experience with various banks. So he should have established a good rapport with many banks in the banking industry which augurs well for Systech 's future development as Maybank is already a customer of the company acquired. Hopefully more banks would join in for the systems . Pos is also one of the users.

So this is one of the major steps for revamp towards a brighter future.

To be honest with you also, if not because of Mr. Liew Choon Lian 's major controlling stacks, I think many would not be bothered about this stock.

I invested some shares in Systech and hopefully Mr. Liew would inject part of his assets into this company.

I have the feeling that Mr. Liew would sooner or later revamp Systech to be a better stock with much brighter prospects. The only thing is that I don't know the exact timing in this regards, but I have the patience to wait.

I don't think Mr. Liew Choon Lian bought a controlling stake of more than 52% in Systech for nothing. There should be some plans behind his minds that nobody yet knows of. Just take a review of the following changes in Systech :

Step 1 Changes of Boardroom;
Step 2 Changes of Remuneration Committee;
Step 3 Changes of Nomination Committee;
Step 4 Changes of Audit Committee;

If Salute didn't take take any legal actions when others manipulated with the patent rights, the company (Salute) would collapse !

Just imagine: How to do business when one invented something but another person claimed the invention(s) to be his or hers and simply sell the devices here and there with different prices. ?

That's also could be one of the reasons accounted for Salute's drop in revenue and profitability in the past quarters.

Would it not be better to use the lawyers readily available in Salute itself so as to save times, save costs and be more efficient as they are more familiar with the complexity of the local legal cases involving infringement of patent rights.
