what I find funny is that how come bursa does not insist on CSL naming the party that is buying these shares. I mean 12.6% is a huge chunk. Before this it was 9% of shares traded off market. Does anyone know how to get info on who is buying all these shares?

i think what makes people weary of this counter cause directors keep throwing their shares below their net cash value. I don't understand why CSL does not place their cash balances in a time deposit that will give them 3.25% in interest than placing the $$ in savings account which only gives them 0.35%
