Nothing to do with AA as this has happened to the banking industry, plantation, O&G and also the mining industry. if you look at the latest quarter report, look at the cash flow statement you can see they paid back 38 mill plus of the loans.

drilling cost lower? HIB drilling cost is USD 65 per barrel, at this price i doubt that they will go into production. i bought in at 1.58, so of cost i want them to do well but got to be realistic a bit...

even if the Kitan production comes into play, assumption that they make 10% margins(aust olifiends need prices to be USD75-90 to make 10% margins), thats only 17,500 per day, USD 525k per month... Hib seems to be burning rm 9 mill per quarter, still will be loss making... i could be wrong...

if you read the quarterly reports, after disposal of subsidiary, only debts on the book is rm 4 mill which is owed to one of the shareholders... may be a good company for a backdoor listing? anyone's guess really

the only penny stock I made $$ from was TMS... bought at 0.07 cents and sold at 0.18 cents.. but yeah, you can make $$ from penny stocks provided that one is patient...
